When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. This allows you to fill out your intake form, enjoy a cup of herbal tea, and begin the mental transition into a relaxed state.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value your time and our therapists’ schedules. We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Am I supposed to undress completely?
You should undress to your level of comfort. Most clients keep their undergarments on, but some prefer to undress completely. You will be professionally draped with a sheet at all times; only the specific area being worked on will be uncovered.
